Because we strive to attain your satisfaction, our shipping methods are both fast and reasonably priced.
Usually, your order is shipped during the next business day.
To ship your products, we typically use USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. However, we may choose another method based on your location and/or the size of your order.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened clarinet supplies up to seven days after you recieve them. If you wish to make a return, please contact us (256-603-1338) for authorization.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns of clarinet reeds.
Out of Stock Items
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected shipping date. However, if you prefer, we will gladly refund the full amount of your purchase.
